Management of innovative social important projects

The purpose of this work is to describe the management system of an innovative socially significant project, taking into account its risks and features. When writing the work, methods of analyzing the current situation in the market of innovative projects, synthesizing the information obtained, as well as a description of the results obtained and the actual processes that are taking place are used. The conclusions contain important features that should be taken into account when working with innovative socially significant projects, in order to obtain high effectiveness of the results of the work.Целью данной работы является описание системы управления инновационным социально значимым проектом, при учете его рисков и особенностей. При написании работы использованы методы анализа действующей ситуации на рынке инновационных проектов, синтеза полученной информации, а также описание полученных результатов и происходящих фактических процессов. В выводах представлены важные особенности, которые следует учитывать при работе с инновационными социально значимыми проектами, для получения высокой эффективности результатов работы
