Material and methods: Anaesthetised works were firstly undertaken to determine optimal electrode placements (3-month-old male Long-Evans rats, n = 6). Telemetry transmitters were implanted in rats (3-month-old male Long-Evans rats, n = 8), from which ERG and VEP in conscious rats are recorded.
