These, and other questions about the enrolment at the Secondary Section of the Correspondence School are investigated in this thesis. A computer analysis of information on Student Record Cards was completed for every fifth year in the period 1938-1978, with most variables being cross-tabulated with form, and this data is presented in a series of tables. A description of the changes which occurred between 1938 and 1978 is also provided.
