© 2014 Dr. Chih-yu HsuMIMO-OFDM is a promising wireless technology for current and future telecommunication standards due to its inherent advantages, including high spectral efficiency and data throughput. With knowledge of the channel condition available to base stations (BSs) and user terminals (UTs), dynamic resource allocation algorithms can be employed to optimize system performance subject to physical constraints such as transmit power and per-UT rate targets.
