© 2014 Serena BarnesThe domestic cat represents an accepted model to develop assisted reproductive technologies for non-domestic cat gamete management. Despite technological advances in other animal models, application to the domestic cat has been limited. It is likely that current methods have not been properly optimised for cat gamete management. The purpose of this research is to determine if assisted reproduction can be further optimised for the cat model by investigating and validating modifications to both male and female focused techniques.
