© 2010 Kokilavani ManokaranThis study offers a more humanistic approach to curriculum innovation, by underlining the importance of teachers’ concerns during an innovation. The rationale of this study is to provide a platform for school leaders and change facilitators to monitor the progress of teachers’ concerns during curriculum innovation so as to increase the effectiveness of the innovation. The Stages of Concern (SoC) dimension in the Concerns-Based Adoption Model (CBAM) was used as a framework.
