This version is reproduced with permission from the Otolaryngological Society of Australia.An inverting papilloma of the nose and paranasal sinuses may recur or undergo carcinomatous change. It is not clear, however, if the carcinomatous change occurs in the papilloma. When it does develop, it is usually squamous or anaplastic in type. A transitional cell carcinomatous change is uncommon, and therefore, this case is presented to add to the few described in the literature
