The kind of research is provided by way of the kind of research law normative that focuses on positive law. The result of his research that is based on the judgment military court judge II-10 Semarang the members of the army subject to criminal sanctions that is criminal prison and not being fired from military service. Based on information from lieutenant Colonel Siti Alifah, S.H., M.H., which is one of the judge in who checks and cut matter crimes of violence against children provide information that members of the army not fired from military official because the that crimes which conducted by the members of the army of a mild criminal and remember a member of the army have services in securing the state. The conclusion is a member of the military who did the violence against children subject to criminal sanctions prison in accordance with the rules and regulations and when criminal acts committed in the category of criminal resulting in death or serious injuries and no good faith of an offender to the then members of military who did the violence against children could be sanctioned prison and criminal supplementary ouster of military service and administrasion sanction in the form of deferred promotion, not could take education career, or the removal of allowance for run the criminal
