The Health at a Glance: Europe report series gauges progress towards effective, accessible and resilient health systems across the EU. The report which is published every two years provides a neutral, descriptive comparison of all EU countries on the basis of publicly available data and indicators. In addition to chapters containing statistical indicators for 35 European countries, the 2018 report includes two cross-cutting chapters on EU political priorities: promoting mental health and reducing inefficient spending.
