The nature of working is transforming from single person work tasks and reacting on them to group work in which interaction with people either directly or through mobile devices is coming more important. This makes not only time spent but also quality of communication increasingly relevant. This thesis aims to explore eye tracking as a method to measure communication in work life situations as well as expands discussion on possible methods of communication in the future. The data used in the thesis consists of shared decision-making events of 24 people divided into pairs.
