Hezbollah's place in Iran's regional strategy; Since the establishment of the Islamic Republic in Iran, the foreign policy of this country has had a new orientation characterized in particular by the policy of the export of the Revolution to the Moslem countries in particular the countries having Shiite populations. In this perspective, we can say that the foundation of Hezbollah is largely related to this regional policy of Iran. Hezbollah is a non-state actor who plays an important role on the Lebanese political scene and occupies a considerable place in the regional strategy of Iran. In modern international society, the role of states is limited by non-state actors, particularly in the Middle East region. In this sense we note that Hezbollah is a governmental actor, because since 1992 it participates in the elections in Lebanon, and it is also a regional actor insofar as it participated in the conflict in Syria within the framework of a strategic Alliance with Iran and Syria. Therefore, it can be called a regional non-state actor because it plays an effective role in this region and is able to influence the behavior of other political entities in the Middle East. Hezbollah is considered the armed arm of the Iranian regime in Lebanon vis-à-vis the Jewish state. That is why from a strategic point of view, Hezbollah is contributing to the projection of Iran's hard power in the proximity of Israel.
