PENGARUH TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAAN PENJUALAN SMARTPHONE DI MALANG

The growth of the smartphone business shows a significant level. The growth of smartphones is not only in big cities, but in remote areas has begun to develop with various promising facilities and services. Smartphone sales also cannot be separated from the level of public trust in telecommunications needs. This study aims to describe the total quality management and company's performance; analyze the influence of total quality management on company performance. The data collection techniques used was questionnaire. Total population and sample 37 respondents taken by total sampling. Furthermore, the data analysis uses a range of scales and simple linear regression. The results showed the total quality management and company performance were in high category; total quality management has a positive effect on company performance
