The study used a randomized block design with 1 factor and 7 replications, namely: U1 = 30 days after cuttings (hss), 45 days after cuttings and 60 days after cuttings. The parameters of observation included: plant height (mm), stem diameter (mm), number of branches, leaf area, chlorophyll test, wet weight (g) and dry weight of plants, roots and tubers, number of tubers, total tuber weight and tuber grade.
