The purpose of this study is to use the Six Sigma method to propose minimizing product defects. In the production process there are still defective products amounting to 593 pcs of 15,074 pcs in total production and there are 3 types of defects that are wrong cut size number 319 pcs, 111 pcs of loose stitches and 163 pieces of pressuring in order to overcome this problem DMAI or Define Measure method is applied to Analyze and Improve. Until it can be known the right proposal to solve the problem described above. There are recommended steps, which are determining the CTQ (Critical To Quality) that influences identifying causes of disability with Fishbone diagram, selecting ranks for improvement using Cause and Effect Matric, making Pareto diagrams to find out the biggest causes of disability according to scores at Cause and Effect Matric diagrams make improvements with the 5W + 1H method from the results of the Cause and Effect Matric to find out the right improvement proposals for the source of the proble
