Background: Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic disorder of metabolites due to lack of production of insulin hormone by the pancreas in the body. Handling of DM 2 patients can be done by administering antidiabetic drugs orally and administering insulin. In addition to the use of antidiabetic therapy peroral, can also use traditional medicine.
