Background: Acute myocardial infarktion is a rapid development of myocardial necrosis which is caused by the imbalance of oxygen supplies and needs. ACE inhibitor is used as first line therapy to reduce heart remodelling and as vasodilator to acute myocardial infarction patient. Objective: To determine the usage of ACE inhibitor drug to acute myocardial infarction patient in inpatient care installation of Aisyiyah Islamic Hospital Malang on January 2017 to June 2017 include the dosage, frequency, form, and route related to laboratorium data and clinic data.
