COLLABORATIVE GOVERNANCE DALAM PENGELOLAAN HUTAN MANGROVE TAMAN NASIONAL BALURAN SITUBONDO

The utilization of mangroves proves that it is very influential for coastal life, one of which stabilizes the blast of waves from the that will impact on the land. Based on data from the minister of environment and forestry explained that the mangrove forests on the coast of east java have a wide area 34.491,626 hectares and experiencing a threat of 128 thousand hectares being damaged, while only 12 th-ousand hectares are in good condition. Metode method used in descriptive qualitative and the teori used in this study uses the theory of collaboratie governance according Ansell and Gash 2007, because in this theory discusses the collaboration between the governent and is very supportive in the management of mangrove forests, especialy in mangrove forests Baluran Situbondo Nasional Park. Several efforts that have been made to anticipate the forests so that the results of collaborative governance in the management of angrove forest can be seen that there are 5 ondicators, namely management planning to produce regulation to regulations on mangrove forest management. Implementation results in the duties and functions of stakeholders. Monitoring results in solutions to various problem that occur. Supervision of obtaining information on mangrove areas. Dovolopment planning results in the devolopment of mangrove ecotourism. The conclusion thet the management of National Park Baluran very strived for sustainability. It can be seen that there is no significant damage that is likely to threaten life, however the theft of wood will gradually become large if left unchecked and not followed firmly.
