Background: Neck pain is a felt discomfort sensation from base of skull (occiput) to the upper backbone and enlarges laterally to superior outer boundary of the shoulder blade (scapula). The use of smartphone with a long duration can increase 12 to 40 percent risk of neck pain. The aim of research to determine correlation between long duration of use smartphone to the neck pain risk in physiotherapy students of Muhammadiyah Malang University.
