This study aims to describe intention turnover, job stress and job satisfaction in employees marketing sales of PT . Toyota Liek Motor Surabaya and analyzing the effect of work stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention. Sample is employee of marketing amounting to 151 people with purposive sampling technique. Analyzer in this research use scale analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to determine the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention. The results showed that turnover intention, in the category of low, work stress in the category enough and job satisfaction in the category enough.
