The purpose of the study was to examine the influence of minimum salary and local income towards poverty level in East Java Province. This study applied quantitative design with data panel and cross section (38 regencies/cities in East Java). The data were analyzed multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that minimum salary negatively and significantly influenced poverty level in East Java with coefficient values of -0.052754. Local income negatively and significantly influenced poverty level in East Java with coefficient values of -0.056211
