PENENTUAN LOKASI PUSAT DISTRIBUSI PRODUK FAST MOVING CONSUMER GOODS PADA PT. UNILEVER INDONESIA, TBK CABANG MALANG

The purpose of this applied research is to know the number of distribution centres and the best location that meet the criteria of distribution centre (DC) which should be chosen by the company based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Place of study at PT. Unilever Indonesia, tbk branch Malang by using secondary data from company statistic data 2017 while primary data obtained from interview with 10 managers that relevant to the study. Data analysis is using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and a computerized software program “expert choice” based on AHP. The study found 6 distribution centre that most meet the determined criteria. Compared to current condition that have 3 DC located at Singosari, Kepanjen and Turen district, it is necessary to add 2 DC in Malang raya north located at Pujon and Tumpang district and also necessary to add 1 DC in Malang raya south located at Gondanglegi district
