UNJUK KERJA BANDWIDTH ANTARA PER CONNECTION QUEUE (PCQ) DAN HIERARCHICAL TOKEN BUCKET (HTB) MENGGUNAKAN RB951Ui-2HnD

Internet users who use high bandwidth cause some local area network (LAN) or wireless network users do not get a maximum speed because there is a monopoly of data between 1 client with another client, resulting in Internet data traffic is disrupted when one of the users is being downloaded or uploaded. To overcome this problem there are several ways to manage bandwidth such as Per Conection Queue (PCQ) and Hierarchical Token Buket (HTB) using RB951Ui-2Hnd. testing using Quality Of service (QOS) is throughput, packet loss and delay, to get the data in the test scenario that is download, upload, video conference and streaming using wireshark as a reference for QOS. From testing throughput, packet loss and delay using test scenario in obtaining Hierarchical Token Buket (HTB) result on throughput of 2,178 bits packet loss 0.5850% and delay 0.0037 sec in comparison with Per Conection Queue (PCQ) at 2,125 bits of packet loss 0.6644% and delay 0.0028 sec. From the data taken based on TIPHON (Telecomunication and Internet Protocol Hamonization Over Network) parameters each system is equally good
