ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI MATEMATIS SISWA SMP DALAM MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TIME TOKEN

This research aims for describing students' mathematical communication skills through learning time token. Implementation of the model of learning time tokenthat is not much known by students is expected to improve mathematical communication. This capability is a must now that learning mathematics requires connected learning. Coupon as a tool in the learning process of time token has a functionto enable students to communicate with one another evenly. Tests and observations are used to measure students' communication, presented to qualitative research into the subject of as many as 34 students. Research procedure through three stages: preliminary, implementation and writing of the report,with data analysis techniques include a transcript the results of observation and find the average of test score. The result is research are mathematical communication skills using time token model of students overall is on very high category with details that indicator of organize and develop ideas through communication This research in very high category with a value of 88.73%, an indicator communicate attitudes mathematical thinking coherently and clearly are in the high category with a value of 79.9%, an indicator analyze and assess the mathematical thinking and strategies of others with 83.33% in the category of very high, the indicator use language of mathematics to escalate with the right idea with 85.78% in the very high category
