ANALISIS TEKNIS DAN FINANSIAL USAHA PERIKANAN MENGGUNAKAN ALAT TANGKAP PAYANG DI PERAIRAN TELUK CEMPI, DESA JALA, KECAMATAN HU’U, KABUPATEN DOMPU, PROVINSI NUSA TENGGARA BARAT

This study was conducted on 1 August to 1 November 2017 in the waters of the Gulf of Cempi, Jala village, Hu'u district, Dompu Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The purpose of this study was to know the technical aspects of the production of the arrest and the financial feasibility of fishing seine fishing effort in the village of Jala, Hu'u district, Dompu Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with the case study. Objects that are taken in this study is the seine fishing (boat owners and crew) in the waters of the Gulf Cempi Jala village. The data have been collected in this study then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Qualitative methods are used to analyze the technical aspects that include the operation of the seine, seine construction, fishing areas, boat or ship and the type of catch. Qualitative methods were used to analyze the financial covering business analysis that is profit, the balance of receipts and expenses (Revenue-Cost Ratio), Payback Period (PP) and the Return of Investment (ROI).While analysis of investment criteria include the Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (Net B / C) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) That can be drawn from the results of this study include the technical aspects and financial aspects. The technical aspects are boat length of 5-6 m, height of 70-1 m and 70-1 m wide, payang consists of wings, the body, and the bag, the operation consists of preparation, determination of fishing ground, decrease (setting), haul (hauling ), commodity catch prawns, anchovies, layur, and gulamah. While the main factor affecting the results of seine fishing production is the size of the boat, the number of mesh, fishing master and the number of trips in the operation. The financial analysis consists of two: the feasibility analysis and investment criteria analysis. Feasibility analysis is a profit of Rp, 57,150,013 per year, the balance of receipts and expenses (R / C) 1> is 3.2 (decent), PP 0.25 years (2.99 months), ROI of 410% and BEP Rp, 1,450 , BEP production 2,294 (decent) TP>BEP from the acquisition of the catch. Analysis of investment criteria include NPV = Rp, 180.45 (decent) 0>, NB / C 13.66 (decent) 1> and IRR of 410% (decent) is greater than the discount factor Based on the above results it can be concluded that the fishing effort payang the Gulf waters Cempi, Jala village worthy of continued and developed
