This research was conducted in July-August 2017, held at the Laboratory of Fisheries and Biotechnology University of Muhammadiyah Malang. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of Avicennia marina Mangrove Leaf extract on Aeromonas hydrophila bacterial inhibition on Gurame Osphronemus gouramy, and to know the concentration of Mangrove Leaf extract of Avicennia marina against Aeromonas hydrophila bacteria in Gurame Osphronemus gouramy that give the value of prevalensi, Clinical best after infected bacteria Aeromonas hydrophila.
