PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN EKSTRAK BAYAM (AMARANTHUS TRICOLOR) PADA PAKAN TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN SINTASASN LOBSTER AIR TAWAR (CHERAX QUADRICARINATUS)

This research was conducted on 26 August - 30 September 2017 at Fisheries Laboratory of University of Muhammadiyah Malang, East Java. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of addition of spinach extract (Amarathus tricolor) on feed to growth and lobster stability (Cherax quadricarinatus) The method used in this research is experimental method using Randomized Complete Design (RAL) with 4 treatments. Different concentrations of spinach extract are A (20%), B (30%), C (30%), D (0%). Each treatment performed four replications. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using ANAVA. The results showed that giving spinach extract on feed to growth and freshwater crayfish lobster did not have real effect. In each treatment yielded growth value A had growth of 1.28, B had growth of 1.55, C had growth of 1.43 and K had growth of 1.20. This study resulted in the conclusion that in treatment B with a concentration of 30% spinach extract gave high growth value although the results were not significaty differen
