BENTUK KOMUNIKASI ANGGOTA TULI DALAM MEMBANGUN SOLIDARITAS KELOMPOK (Studi pada Komunitas Akar Tuli Malang)

In Malang city, there is a community of deaf people, namely Komunitas Akar Tuli Malang. Deaf itself is a condition where a person loses his hearing so that he can not catch stimuli, especially on his sense of hearing, other than that deaf people also have unstable emotions, poor deafness in vocabulary, difficult to understand abstract words, difficult to interpret words containing allegories , the presence of speech disorders, then from it is a fundamental issue for the deaf. Deaf people use sign language or nonverbal in conveying the message. With this problem arises curiosity how the communication patterns of deaf members in building group solidarity. The purpose of this research is to understand the communication pattern of deaf members in building group solidarity. This research use qualitative approach with descriptive type with purposive sampling technique through field research and interview with research subject that is member of Akar Tuli Malang. Data analytical techniques using Miles and Huberman (Data collection, data reduction, presentation, conclusion). Test data validity using source triangulation. Based on the results of interviews and documentation, the results obtained in this study include: (1) The form of Deaf Root Communication in building group solidarity refers to interpersonal communication (2) The flow of information that occurs in the community Akar Tuli is centralized (3) Form of communication in groups where every problem occurs in the community resolved by deliberation
