PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM (Studi pada Perusahaan Food and Beverage di Bursa Efek Indonesia)

This study aims to determine the effect of the company's financial performance on stock prices studies in food and beverage companies in the Indonesian Stock Exchange for 2013-2016, either partially or simultaneously. The financial performance examined are the return on asset (ROA), return on equity (ROE), and the debt to equity ratio (DER). Population in this research is food and beverage company in the Indonesian Stock Exchange for 2013-2016. The sample of research is 12 food and beverage companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2013-2016 obtained with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are documentation. Data analysis was done by multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that partially ROA and DER variables have a negative effect on stock prices. ROE has a positive effect on stock prices. Simultaneously variable ROA, ROE, and DER effect on stock price. ROA, ROE, and DER variables can explain the variable of the stock price at food and beverage company in the Indonesian Stock Exchange for 2013-2016 equal to 80,3%
