IDENTIFIKASI PENENTUAN KEBERHASILAN KLASTER SAPI PERAH DI KECAMATAN NGANTANG DAN KASEMBON

This study aims to determine the determinants of the success of dairy cow clusters and how the potential development of clusters in the District Ngantang and Kasembon. The research was conducted in Jombok Village in Ngantang District and Bayem Village and Dodol Village in Kasembon Subdistrict. The research was conducted from October to December 2017. The method used is survey method. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis. Cluster analysis results show that dairy farms in Ngantang District have the potential to be developed. The determinants of the success of dairy cow clusters in Ngantang District are: institutional factors ( farmer group, dairy cooperatives), business infrastructure factors (milk industry, national civil capital, Bank collage, artificial insemination, livestock Department), human resources factors (experience) government support (People’s business credit, Special livestock insurance special cows obligate pregnancy, milk drinking movement). The parameters of determining the success of dairy cow clusters in Ngantang and Kasembon districts are mostly fulfilled, such related industries, the banks access, and the existence of supporting institution
