In industry of heat exchanger temperature controllers, there are some disturbances that can affect the performance of heat exchanger system. The disturbance is a change in the outside temperature that goes into the heat exchanger. To overcome such a system, it requires control techniques. In this research, the technique of feedback control and cascade control with fuzzy-PID method were used to make the performance of the system more stable. The testing result of Cascade fuzzy-PID control technique showed that some data indicated performance used in the system.
