The purpose of this research is to determine the feasibility of establishing a Moslem guest house in Bumiaji district, Batu city. This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods. For the qualitative method are used for a nonfinancial approach that is market aspects, marketing aspects, technical aspects, and management aspects. For the quantitative method used five investment criteria that is Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), Average Rate of Return (ARR), Profitability Index(PI) and analysis Break Event Point (BEP).
