PENGARUH RASIO PROFITABILITAS DAN LEVERAGE TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN FOOD AND BEVERAGE YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA TAHUN 2014-2016

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of profitability and leverage variables on stock prices. The population used in this study is the Food and Beverage company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2016. Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 16 companies using purposive sampling method, obtained as many as 12 company samples that meet the criteria of samples from the research that has been determined. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Return On Equity, Earning Per Share, and Debt to Equity Ratio significantly influence the stock price. The result of partial analysis shows that profitability and leverage variables affect stock prices at Food and Beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Dominant test results of the most influential variables on stock prices seen from t arithmetic is the largest variable Debt to Equity Ratio. Result t count equal to 3,189 > t table equal to 2,037
