PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA UD. TOHURI KAB. BLITAR

The purposes of this study were first, to describe the compensation, work environment and performance at UD. TOHURI which is engaged in animal husbandry. Second, to knew the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance. The population used in this study was the total of 40 samples of people. This study used total sampling as sampling techniques, and used questioners as data collection. The analytical tool used in this study was the scale range and multiple linear regressions. The result of this study indicated that compensation was in good criteria, good work environment also high performance. The compensation and work environment has a partial effect on performance.
