ANALISIS KINERJA GURU DALAM PROSES PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA PADA ANAK TUNAGRAHITA

This study aims to describe the performance of teachers, inhibiting factors and supporting teacher performance, and describe the teacher's efforts to overcome inhibiting factors on teacher performance in the process of learning mathematics in children tunagrahita. This type of research is qualitative with case study approach. The subjects of this research are two teachers, one classroom teacher of light tunagrahita grade VII hereinafter referred to as teacher of class VII.C-A and one teacher of child class of tunagrahita being class VIII hereinafter referred as teacher of class VIII.C1-B. Data collection techniques used in the form of teacher interviews, teacher performance observations saaat mathematics learning process takes place, and documentation in the form of study documents RPP teachers. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the result of the assessment on the performance stage of the teacher during the lesson planning, the implementation of learning and evaluation and follow-up shows that the grade VII.C-A teacher is categorized enough while the grade VIII.C1-B teacher is categorized well. Inhibitory factor of teacher performance in outline because of ability of student who have IQ between 30-70, and teacher difficult to make or determine media, teaching materials and appropriate strategy if the material to be taught abstract. Teachers 'attempts to overcome inhibiting factors further strengthen students' abilities at individual learning and use varying sources in the manufacture of teaching materials and media
