PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN PRODUKSI UMKM SENTRA INDUSTRI KERIPIK TEMPE SANAN

This study aimed to examine the effects of training and work environment on employees’ productivity and to examine the dominant influence between the variables. The population comprised 50 employees in production unit of UMKM Sentra Industri Keripik Tempe Sanan in Kota Malang. The data were analyzed through Likert scale and Multiple Linear Regression. The findings showed that the training was categorized as “good”, while both work environment and employees’ productivity were categorized as “fair”. Both training and work environtment partially and simultaneously affected the employees’ productivity. As conclusion, work environtment had more influence on employees’ productivity. In order to increase the employees’ productivity, the training should be conducted on real work environment there should be job rotation applied
