STRATEGI PEMERINTAH KOTA BATU DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN DESA WISATA PERAH SUSU SAPI (Studi pada Desa Wisata Pesanggrahan, Kecamatan Batu, Kota Batu)

Batu City is one of the City that depend on tourism sector, one of the tourist attractions ofinterest is artificial tourism object (artificial), but along with the development there are many problem arise, from environmental problems, land transfer function and others. It needs an alternative tourist attraction, The development of Tourism Village which aims to introduce that Batu City is not only known as artificial tourism (artificial) but has so many local attractions, unique and typical of the Tourism Village. To develop the Tourism Village required appropriate strategies in developing the Tourism Village. This research aims to determine the Batu City Goverment strategy in developing Pesanggrahan milk dairy Village and know the supporting and inhibiting factors in the strategy of Batu City government in developing Pesanggrahan milk dairy Village. This research uses qualitative research method with descriptive research type, data collection in this research through observation, interview , documentation. With the research subjects at development Planning Institution, Research and Regional Development (BALITANG) Batu City, Department of Culture and Tourism Batu City, Forestry Department of Agriculture and Forestry, Village Government Pesanggrahan, Tourism Awareness Group (POKDARWIS) Pesanggrahan Village, and the community or figure of the society tourist attraction Milk Dairy. This research is located in Dairy Milk Tourism Village of Toyomerto Dusun, Pesanggrahan Village, Batu Sub-district, Batu City. The results of research on Pesanggrahan Village shows many potentials owned by Pesanggrahan Village in the form of agricultural sector, natural attractions, Altough not all of that potentials can be used as tourism object. Tourist attraction which have to develop is dairy milk tourism object and climbing panderman mountain in Pesanggrahan village. Destination Management Organization (DMO) is used by Batu City Government as a strategy to create an integrated touris attraction by involving the community in its development. With that strategy people at Pesanggrahan village feel the change in terms of economic and social
