PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN PENJUALAN PADA PT. IONUDA MOTOR SIDOARJO

This studied was conducted to determine the effect of ability and motivaiton to employee performance on PT. Ionuda Motor Sidoarjo. Data analysis methods used are multiple linear regression, simultaneous test, and partial test. Based on the results of the study showed that ability and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. The next result is knowed that the most influential to the employee performance is motivation. Through the results of this study, the management of PT. Ionuda is expected to improve the ability of employees in the field of personal selling, by providing training regularly considering the results of research shows that the ability of employees are still in the category enough. It is expected to improve motivation to employees, given the results of research indicates that the provision of motivation is still in the category enough
