PELAKSANAAN PRINSIP KEAMANAN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA PADA PEKERJAAN PEMASANGAN INSTALASITOWER PROVIDER ( Studi di PT. MAHAGA TERA SINERGI Surabaya)

In order to create an adequate internal control system there is a tool that can be used as control and guidance of working system that is Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). This research takes the formulation of the problem. The purpose of this study is to know the implementation of the principle of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on the installation work of tower provider installation in PT. MAHAGA TERA SINERGI Surabaya? This research uses sociological juridical approach method, Primary data source obtained from field and secondary data source from documentation and legislation. The results showed that the implementation of Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) on the installation work of tower provider installation in PT. Mahaga Tera Sinergi Surabaya covers several stages of the implementation of work activities on the installation of installation of tower provider at PT. Mahaga Tera Sinergi is covering shelter, rectifier system, battery, microwave system, sectoral antenna, microwave antenna, feeder and central tower. Obstacles in the implementation of the SOP is more related to human factors or employees. However, from the activities of employees in the company to cause the occurrence of work accidents. The human factor that operates the equipment used is the cause of the accident, due to the inability of the employee to use the production machine in accordance with the established procedure. Suggestions proposed in this study are 1) should every employee be professional. 2) For PT. Mahaga Tera Sinergi Surabaya is expected to provide support for safety facilities in accordance with the principles of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) can be run in accordance with the provisions. 3) establishing strict safety and health-related regulations by reprimanding to punishment in cases where employees violate established rules
