ANALISIS NILAI TAMBAH DAN EFISIENSI USAHA PRODUK SAMBAL CABAI PADA UKM DI KOTA MALANG

Chili processing can increase its valueadded. In connection with that,the aims ofthis research are: (1) To know thesambal chili products income of entrepreneurs in Malang. (2) Knowing the added value of sambal chili products by SME in Malang City. (3) To know efficiency obtained by sambal chili business in SME Malang City. Determining the location of the study is determined intentionally with a specific purpose or Purposive Sampling. The respondents choose Purposively. The methodology used in this research is cost analysis (TC), revenue (TR), income (π) and value addedHayami method and R/C ratio calculation. The results showed that the value of SME incomes is positive, which means profitable. The valueadded obtained in each SME indicates that the processing of chili into sambalchili can provide valueadded and profit to the producers or SMEs. While the calculation of R/C ratio of the average of the four SMEs in can > 1 so worth to be developed
