Background: the acumulation of subcutaneous and visceral fat in abdominal and intramuscular area is one of the risk factor that cause degenerative disease. The prevalce of women with central obesity (24.1%) is higher than man (8.1%). The prevalnce of college student with obesity is 34.4%, found more in ≥ 18 years old women (39.2%) than man (7.1%).
