Background: Orofacial cleft is one of the most common congenital craniofacial anomalies. Several studies have suggested that pregnancy outcomes are associated with maternal age. Aisyiyah Islamic Hospital of Malang had many patients who got their cleft repairment done. Aim: To determine the correlation of orofacial cleft incidence and maternal age at Aisyiyah Islamic Hospital of Malang. Method: This study used crossectional design and 229 medical records was obtained form Aisyiyah Islamic Hospital of Malang.
