SINERGITAS INSTANSI PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DI KOTA MALANG MELALUI PROGRAM JAMINAN KESEHATAN NASIONAL (Studi Mekanisme Pendataan bagi Warga Miskin dalam Menerima PBI)

The implementation of National health coverage (JKN) set out since January, 01 2014 provides convenience to the community to gain access to health. The qualitative method used in this research to explain the findings obtained during the conduct of research. As for how that is done is interview, documentation and also reports other documents that can be retrieved to support this research. Health assurance program implemented in the city of Malang on the research ditentutak that organizers JKN meetings three times a year.But this meeting is not optimal to discuss a wide range of problems of JKN in Malang. One of the findings obtained in Malang PBI assignment has not been in accordance with the poverty data. What happens is it finds duplicates, PBI did not correspond to the recipient, such as a person dies and does not match the address that is listed. In addition data from Kabupaten Malang when it is on the list of PBI Malang. In achieving the objectives of the program in order to JKN all citizens can have access to health care, then the organizers of JKN, in particular in the city of Malang can conduct meetings for mutual coordination and communication issues facing citizens of Malang get the solution.Organizers of JKN should be more proactive towards the issue faced by the community, because the community is facing difficulties of access to follow the policy.There are still residents who use SPM to get access to health care.But of the condition can be known to the citizens can not afford yet it all response by Social Service
