The construction of metalwork in the present involves many elements of welding especially in the field of design because welded joints are one of the making of connections which technically require high skill for welding in order to obtain the connection with good quality. Based on the tensile test results, the average power of highest max force contained in specimens with a current of 100 A is 42.321.54 Newton, the highest tensile strength value is also contained in specimens with a current of 100 A with a value of 564.253 Kgf/mm^2. At the highest yield strength value contained in specimens with a current of 100 A that is 451.392 Mpa, meanwhile for the highest value of engolation contained in specimens with a current of 100 A with a value of 35.74 mm. After weld treatment, HAZ area and weld/metal contents area are formed. in the microstructure of the HAZ metal, the amount of pearlite changes greatly because the thickness treatment process are increase, likewise the amount of ferrit micro structure content decreases compared to the parent metal.
