ANALISIS YURIDIS TERHADAP UNSUR PORNOGRAFI DAN TULISAN GAMBAR DI KENDARAAN ANGKUTAN BARANG (TRUK) (ANALISIS DALAM UNDANG-UNDANG NO 44 TAHUN 2008 TENTANG PORNOGRAFI DAN KUHP)

Pornography generally attributed with writings and drawings, since it is the most common way in exposing the problems regarding sexuality. In the events that often occurred in the midst of society there are many freight vehicles (Trucks) becoming an outlet of expression by the drivers by showing / putting a picture and writings which contain elements of pornography. Therefore, the writer formulates two problems of the study: 1. Are the usage of words that contained pornographic elements had met the element of pornography Based on Law No. 44 year 2008 about Pornography and KUHP? 2. What forms of actions can be taken to regulate the usage of images or words that may contained pornographic elements in Law no. 44 year 2008 about Pornography? This research use normative juridical method, the primary data source obtained from literary studies on various kinds of reading material namely by studying literature, articles, journals, and applicably legislation and secondary data on information and data gathering, written documents, recordings, information, opinions and others in the research location. Then the research data will be analyzed in a descriptive analysis. Pictures and writings on the freighter trucks can be a subject of criminal act of pornography if it has met with the sufficient element in article 1 paragraph 1 of the UUP. The use of pictures or words which may contain pornographic elements exist on truck vehicles have fulfilled the elements of pornography if the image or writing contains elements of obscenity or violate the norms of decency in society
