Traffic violations that frequently happen entire of indonesian region are reap the number of accident which was very rapid, also that was happen in Pamekasan Regency. This effect beside adds more the number of traffic accidents, it turns up the dominoes effect as well which more days is considered as the habbitual traffic violation. Indeed not rarely, make us be uncomfortable in driving. The set of vital problems which found in reality of driving are one of them the sets of case that linked with traffic lane which are not put the direction by official traffic units, which then affect many accidents by vehicle user in the road. This research takes formula of problem What eforts can be done by traffic police to ward off the traffic violation, What factors been obstruction for traffic police and What efforts can be done by traffis police to solve the obstruction in traffic violation. In this research, the writer used the method of sosiologic jusidical approach, the primery data sources gotten from the reality and the secondary data sources gotten from dokumentation and sets of laws, the technique of data collection is interview with thepolice who have traffic authority. Based on the result of the research, the writer found number of traffic violation reach (twenty two thousand two hundred and eleven) violations in year 2017 that was cused by careless of the police who are not giving dirictin in every central point indicated the traffic violation happen. Therefore, it can be concluded that, the violation more happen are cused by lack of intend cares from the traffic police units. Suggestion, need the intencity cares in warding off traffic violation numbers by building the monitor post in every poit that indicated frequently happen the traffic violation, and also the unit of traffic official create the synergycity with the society for warding off the violation that frequently happen together
