PENGARUH INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY SET (IOS) DAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE (GCG) TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAAN ( Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2015-2016 )

The aim of this research is to test the influence of Investment Opportunity Set and Good Corporate Governance on company performance. Furthermore, the Investment Opportunity (IOS) uses measurement of Market Value Assets to Book Value Assets (MVABVA), the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) uses measurement of G20 OECD Principles of Corporate Governance and the Company Performance uses measurement of Return on Assets (ROA). The result of this result showed that (1) the result of R2 Square is 0,215. It is showed that 21,5% variable of company performance that is influenced by Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) and Good Corporate Governance (GCG). (2) Investment Opportunity Set has not influence on company performance. (3) Good Corporate Governance has negative influence on company performance. (4) Investment Opportunity Set and Good Corporate Governance has simultaneously influence and significant on Company Performance
