PENGARUH PENYESUAIAN DIRI TERHADAP KEMATANGAN KARIR DENGAN MEDIASI DUKUNGAN SOSIAL

Career maturitym or a confusion to determine the next activities after graduation, has been the most frequent problem experienced by graduated students. Meanwhile, in order to prossess a career maturity, students need to adapt themselves to the new envoronment, as well as to obtain social support. This study aims to figure out the influence of self-adjustment on career maturity moderated by social support on tenth-grade students of MAN Ngawi. This study used the quantitative approach. The data collection technique used was purposive sampling. Furthermore, the data were analysed by using moderated regression analysis (MRA). The subjects of this study were 154 tenth-grade students of MAN Ngawi. The data analysis technique used was Hayes analysis in SPSS Program for Windows 21. The findings indicated that self-adjustment had a significant positive influence on career maturity. Meanwhile, self-adjustment had a significant influence on career maturity moderated by social support
