ANALISIS PENDAPATAN USAHATANI TEMBAKAU DI DESA BANJARDOWO KECAMATAN KABUH KABUPATEN JOMBANG

Banjardowo Village is one of the areas that became the center of tobacco production in Kabuh District, Jombang Regency. However, based on BPS data in 2016, there was an imbalance of land and production in the Kabuh Subdistrict, such as in Banjardowo Village. This is certainly related to the financing of farming and the income received by tobacco farmers in the village.This study aims to (1) determine the condition of tobacco farming, (2) analyze the costs of production, acceptance, and income of tobacco farming, and (3) analyze the benefits of tobacco farming in Banjardowo Village, Kabuh District, Jombang Regency. The location determination was carried out purposively by considering the location as a center of tobacco farming in the District of Kabuh Jombang. Sampling was obtained from 10% of the population, namely 40 tobacco farmers using purposive sampling method. Data collection was obtained by interviewing, observing, and giving questionnaires directly to farmers.The results showed that most farms in Banjardowo Village had a land size of less than 1 Ha (50%) with land ownership status namely rent (55%). The majority of farmers are more than 50 years old, have the last education in elementary school, with family dependents of 3-4 people. The average farmer generates revenue of Rp. 70,445,521 with a total cost of Rp. 27,148,585. So the net income of tobacco farmers in Banjardowo Village averaged Rp. 43,296,936. The results of the calculation of the R / C ratio obtained a value of 2.6 so that it can be said that tobacco farming in Banjardowo Village has an advantage
