The objective of this study was to analyze the senior students' responses toward the use of code-switching during learning process. Descriptive study of qualitative research is applied in this research. Its purpose are to describe and analyze sixth semester students' responses toward the use of English-Indonesian code-switching that employed by the lecturers of English Department UMM. Moreover, the samples were 10 students that chosen from 5 different classes of sixth-semester which is the population of this study.
