Web-based system for highlighting health-related quality of life (HRQOL) concerns among head and neck cancer patients during every visit using a tool known as Patients Concerns Inventory. Patients can bring up the issues that they want to discuss with their specialist during every clinical consultation visit at specialist clinic managing head and neck cancer patients. It is very important tool to identify the oral cancer patients concerns.
